Details:Job Synopsis: This position provides administrative supervision to the residential and intensive outpatient programs. The Program Director supervises all services in these programs under the direction of the Director of Addictions and is responsible for following all standards set forth by the Counseling Board, as well as other accrediting bodies such as Department of Children and Families, CARF, and the Agency for Health Care Administration.  Monitor outpatient caseloads for clients not attending a sufficient number of days in a week Monitor outpatient caseloads for Administrative Discharges Monitor residential and outpatient caseloads for treatment plans, state reporting data, “cleanliness" Monitor waitlist and admissions per cost center demands Monitor co-pay collections for IOP and residential Monitor drug court/day reporting contract billing Do Payroll and Leave approvals Do TANF report Monitor annual dashboards and complete monthly report.
